Venice: photoblog travel – Day 3
Day 3 – 29 Nov 2019, last day in Venice
Well this was my last day in Venice; I woke up early in the wonderful hotel in front of San Marco square. It was foggy and cloudy, my idea was to take photos at sunrise with fog on the Canal Grande. I was inspired by Monet’s paintings in Venice.
Unfortunately I haven’t been lucky enough. There was fog but sun was covered by clouds. I’ve taken photos from Accademia bridge, this is a famous photographic spot in Venice, it was full of photographers like me at sunrise.
The last day I’ve visited the Burano Island near Venice, famous for his colored houses. I’ve tried to obtain more abstract pictures, based only on colors and composition. This time I was inspired by wonderful and abstract Piet Mondrian’s paintings.
Here is a small series of Burano’s colored houses.
Last street shots in Venice:
All these snapshots were taken with my smartphone in a kind of stream of consciousness. Hope you like my works. This is the end of my little trip in Venice.
