I discover again the beauty of common and everyday life looking at landscapes taken by the master Franco Fontana. Any time I look at his works I find peace, love and tranquillity. He shooted awesome pictures made of shadows, lights and geometrical elements. Minimalism and color are other two great important elements of Fontana’s work. It seems to look at paintings, maybe Piet Mondrian‘s ones with his gut for minimalism, geometries, composition and colors. There is equilibrium in the works of these artists, but also peace and a sense of joy. One of the most interesting aspect of being a photographer is how you look the world that is actually surrounding you, finding beauty in everyday life and everywhere. It’s a sort of zen approach. In this sense photography became a style of life, not simple an hobby or work.

The last one reminds me a great photo taken by Robert Frank the author of cult book The Americans.
