It’s time to publish something new. If you usually read this blog you know that I rarely post new pictures. I don’t like editing my pictures, it’s boring and I hate my works. It’s really difficult for me. And in these last periods I have even less time to do that.
By the way here we are. I took these photos in Rome, mostly in 2023, but probably also in 2022, I don’t remember very well.
The first is my favorite one. I don’t remember very well that moment but I think the woman was simply yawning. This picture lies, she looks angry and that is yelling at someone. I remember I was behind here, suddenly I pressed the shutter button, just two seconds and that moment went away. Very ready and lucky at the same time.
For that second one I have two shots, two different angles and point of view. I will post in the future the second one. I remember that moment, it was summer, sunset and I was with other street photographers, but no one take this picture, I was the only one interested. Love the warm light plus gestures and poses, the plus in my opinion are the girl’s hair.
I love also the following shot (maybe I would say I’m lovin’ it…). Unfortunately angle and light are not so good, and I took this picture quickly, hastily while walking; a bas street photographer in that moment. The man in that picture is crying, he is lonely. These are the kind of photos with small details that are difficult to appreciate, or simply see, on a smartphone screen (I hate Instagram also for this). I hope you’re reading this article on a big screen.
